Our Strength & Power Group Training sessions are designed for mixed-ability participants who want to build strong, capable bodies through smart, sustainable training. Each session blends expert coaching with a supportive group environment, ensuring every individual—from beginners to advanced athletes—can progress safely and confidently.

We prioritise healthy, efficient movement as the foundation of all training. Sessions focus on developing full range of motion, proper mechanics, and control through every lift and dynamic action. This approach not only enhances performance but also reinforces long-term joint health.

Training blocks include a balance of maximum strength development, teaching the body to produce high levels of force—and power output, where speed and explosiveness are cultivated through dynamic movements. This combination helps participants move with more confidence, agility, and athleticism in both daily life and sport.

A core emphasis of the programme is joint resilience and injury prevention. Through targeted accessory work, mobility progressions, and structured load management, members learn how to strengthen the tissues that support major lifts and movement patterns, reducing the risk of setbacks and keeping the body robust.

Peak Conditioning

Our Peak Conditioning sessions are built to elevate cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and overall athletic capacity through intelligent, structured intensity. Designed for mixed abilities, each session guides participants through targeted conditioning work that challenges the body without overwhelming it.

Training is strategically broken down into distinct intensity levels, each crafted to stimulate different energy systems and heart-rate zones throughout the week. This systematic approach ensures balanced development—from aerobic efficiency and sustainable endurance to high-intensity power and top-end speed.

Lower-intensity sessions prioritise steady-state aerobic work, helping participants build a strong cardiovascular base, improve recovery capacity, and develop better movement economy. Mid-level intensities focus on threshold conditioning, where controlled discomfort enhances lactate tolerance, pacing ability, and overall resilience under sustained effort. High-intensity sessions push into the anaerobic and power zones, developing speed, explosiveness, and the ability to maintain quality output under fatigue.

Every session is coached with an emphasis on technique, pacing strategy, and self-awareness, teaching participants to understand their effort levels and move efficiently at every heart-rate zone.
